How to Sign In (Web)

Open the official Bybit website and click Login in the top-right corner.
Enter your registered email address or mobile number.
Type your password — passwords are case-sensitive.

Open the Bybit app, tap Log In, enter your email/phone and password, complete any prompted verification, and approve the 2FA code if enabled.

Troubleshooting: Login Not Working

Wrong password: Use the Forgot password link to reset via email or SMS.
No 2FA code: Check your authenticator app time sync; if using SMS, ensure your phone has signal.
Account locked: Repeated failed attempts can lock access temporarily — wait 30 minutes or follow account recovery steps.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
